Is there a minimum project size?
No. Most work starts with a small pilot so we can agree guidelines and prove quality before any larger commitment.
Which languages can you work in?
English, Hindi and other Indian languages are our focus, and we can source contributors for other languages depending on the project. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm availability.
How do you keep our data secure?
Security steps are agreed at the start of every project — such as NDAs, restricted access, where data is stored and how it is deleted after delivery.
Do we need to use your tools?
No. We can work inside your annotation or evaluation tool, or agree on a tool together for the project.
How is quality measured?
We agree metrics with you — for example accuracy against a gold set, agreement between reviewers or rubric scores — and share them as the work progresses.
